Terms of Use and Ticket Purchase

Terms governing this website, Nightfall ticket purchases, party admission, and electronic agreements.

Effective 2026-09-16

Version 2026.09.16 governs current use of this website and ticketing service.

Acceptance and scope

These terms are effective as of September 16, 2026. They apply when a person uses this website, purchases a Nightfall ticket, accepts a participation agreement, accesses a ticket, or uses an administrator-authorized service.

The Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, and participation agreement displayed during checkout are incorporated where applicable. If a checkout-specific term conflicts with a general website term, the checkout-specific term controls for that purchase.

Purchaser eligibility and authority

The purchaser must be at least 18 years old and must provide complete and accurate contact, participant, and payment information. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the order before payment and for keeping ticket and agreement links private.

A purchaser who lists a minor represents that the purchaser is the minor’s parent or legal guardian and is authorized to consent to the minor’s participation and accept the participation agreement on the minor’s behalf. Each additional adult must provide their own acceptance through the private link sent to the email listed for that adult.

Party reservations and tickets

Every named person counts toward price and capacity. A completed order receives one shared party ticket for the named group and selected arrival window. The entire party should arrive together unless farm staff approve another arrangement.

The shared QR code remains unavailable until every listed adult has accepted the current participation agreement. The purchaser is responsible for entering a deliverable email address for each additional adult and for allowing enough time to complete those acceptances before the event.

Tickets are limited revocable licenses for admission. They may not be duplicated, resold for commercial gain, altered, or used to admit anyone not listed on the reservation. The website does not currently provide customer accounts, self-service transfers, or self-service rescheduling. Farm staff may verify a purchaser or participant by name and order information when a ticket cannot be displayed.

Availability, pricing, and payment

Available dates, arrival windows, per-person prices, and capacity are shown during checkout. A reservation hold lasts ten minutes and does not guarantee admission until Square confirms payment. The server-calculated participant count, price, availability, and payment result control if browser-displayed information is stale or inconsistent.

Online sales for the current event day close at 6:00 PM Pacific time. A date or arrival window may become unavailable when sales close, capacity is reached, the event is canceled, or the farm removes inventory for operational or safety reasons.

Payments are processed by Square. Johnson Vegetable Farms does not receive or store the full payment-card number or security code entered in Square’s hosted payment fields. A customer may not submit a fraudulent payment, reverse a valid payment in bad faith, or interfere with payment verification.

Electronic records and signatures

By checking an acceptance box, typing a name as instructed, and submitting the form, the signer intends to sign the displayed electronic record. The signer agrees to conduct that transaction electronically and may save or print the displayed agreement before submitting it.

The application records the agreement version, a cryptographic hash of its text, the signer’s supplied identity, the people covered by that acceptance, and the acceptance time. A signer who does not wish to use an electronic agreement should not complete checkout and may contact the farm before purchasing to ask whether another arrangement is available.

Arrival, safety, and conduct

Nightfall is an outdoor, low-light recreational attraction. Each participant must review the participation agreement, decide whether the activity is appropriate for them, and follow posted rules and staff instructions.

  • Arrive approximately 15 minutes before the selected arrival window.
  • Stay on the designated route and do not enter closed or staff-only areas.
  • Do not bring weapons, alcohol, illegal drugs, or backpacks into the attraction.
  • Do not touch performers, damage crops or property, interfere with safety equipment, or threaten or materially disrupt other guests or staff.
  • Do not participate while impaired or when a health condition makes the disclosed conditions unsafe for you.
  • Farm staff may delay, refuse, or end admission when reasonably necessary for safety, capacity, suspected fraud, failure to complete required agreements, or material violation of these rules. Any refund is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes, weather, cancellations, and refunds

Outdoor operations may be affected by rain, mud, wind, heat, cold, smoke, power interruption, agricultural conditions, or other circumstances. The farm may make reasonable operational changes, delay an arrival window, or cancel an event when it determines that operating is unsafe or impracticable.

Purchases, customer-requested changes, event cancellations, and material rescheduling are governed by the Refund Policy displayed at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms limits a nonwaivable right or remedy under applicable law.

Website use and intellectual property

The website may be used only for lawful personal purposes relating to farm information, ticket purchasing, agreement completion, ticket access, and authorized administration. A person may not probe or disrupt the service, bypass capacity or access controls, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code, misuse private links, impersonate another person, or access another person’s order or personal information.

The Johnson Vegetable Farms name, photographs, graphics, text, and other farm-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as applicable law permits.

Service availability and liability limits

The farm works to provide accurate information and a reliable website, but internet, hosting, email, database, and payment services may be interrupted. The website is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. The farm does not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery of every email, or compatibility with every device.

For a claim arising only from the website or ticketing transaction and not involving personal injury, death, property damage, fraud, a data-security obligation, gross negligence, reckless conduct, willful misconduct, or an intentional act, the farm’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The separate participation agreement governs the assumption and release of activity-related risks. Nothing in these terms releases a claim that applicable law does not permit the farm to release.

Governing law, severability, and contact

Oregon law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a dispute relating to these terms or a ticket purchase will be brought in a state court located in Lane County, Oregon, or the federal court serving that county. The parties should first make a good-faith effort to resolve a concern through the contact information below.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of future enforcement. Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted as a new version with a new effective date.
