Refund Policy

Refund, cancellation, weather, and rescheduling terms for Nightfall party tickets.

Effective 2026-09-16

Version 2026.09.16 governs current use of this website and ticketing service.

Scope

This policy is effective as of September 16, 2026 and applies to Nightfall ticket purchases made through this website. It forms part of the Terms of Use and Ticket Purchase.

Final-sale rule

Except when Johnson Vegetable Farms cancels or materially reschedules an event, approves an exception in writing, or applicable law requires otherwise, Nightfall ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable.

No automatic refund or credit is provided when a participant cannot attend, the party arrives late or misses its arrival window, fewer people attend than were purchased, a customer enters incorrect information, an additional adult fails to complete the required agreement, or admission is refused or ended for a material safety or conduct violation.

Weather and operating conditions

Nightfall is an outdoor event and may operate in rain, mud, wind, cold, heat, darkness, and other ordinary seasonal conditions. Weather, discomfort, or a personal decision not to attend does not create a right to a refund while the event remains open.

The farm determines whether conditions permit safe and practical operation. It may delay entry, modify operations, or close all or part of an event because of severe weather, smoke, power loss, unsafe grounds, government order, staffing emergency, or another circumstance outside reasonable operational control.

Farm cancellation or material rescheduling

If the farm cancels the purchased event date or cannot honor the purchased arrival window, it will offer the purchaser either a full-order refund to the original payment method or, when inventory is available, a transfer of the full party to another date or time. The purchaser must respond within any reasonable deadline stated in the cancellation notice.

If the farm materially reschedules the event and the purchaser cannot attend, the purchaser may request a full-order refund by the deadline stated in the rescheduling notice. A short operational delay or a reasonable change that does not prevent admission is not a material rescheduling.

Customer-requested changes and exceptions

The website does not provide self-service refunds, transfers, participant substitutions, or rescheduling. The purchaser may contact the farm before the event to request assistance, but a request does not guarantee an exception.

Any discretionary exception must be confirmed by authorized farm staff. The farm may consider documented duplicate charges, ticketing errors, emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances consistently and subject to available capacity. A discretionary exception for one purchase does not change this policy for other purchases.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed through Square to the original payment method. The farm’s current system processes refunds at the full-order level; requests involving only one participant require manual review and may be declined unless required by law.

After the farm submits a refund, the purchaser’s bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. Processing commonly takes several business days, but the farm cannot guarantee a financial institution’s posting time.

Payment disputes and contact

A purchaser should contact the farm promptly about an unrecognized charge, duplicate charge, missing refund, or ticketing error so the farm can investigate. This request does not waive any right the purchaser has under applicable payment-card or consumer-protection law.

Refund questions may be directed to Michaelmgj96@gmail.com or +1 541-343-9594. Include the purchaser’s name, order reference, event date, and a brief explanation; do not email full payment-card information.
